Buzz Print at work: Vinyl Heat Transfer

Artwork is printed on printable vinyl using InkJet printer and cut using the same machine. It will then be left to dry for about three to four hours before the weeding stage, which is hand-peeling the excess vinyl. After weeding, the cut vinyl is transferred onto the fabric using a transfer tape. The fabric, together with the vinyl and transfer tape, is brought to the heat press machine for the curing process. Before pressing, a parchment paper is placed on top of the fabric, vinyl and transfer tape to protect the fabric and vinyl from the high temperature of the heat press machine. The transfer tape is carefully removed and then the fabric and vinyl is pressed again to finish off the process.
